The payment must be made no later than 7 days after your visa is issued otherwise your visa will be curtailed.
The deposit signifies a serious commitment to attend Webster University and therefore is non-refundable for all cases except for student visa denial.
- 1. Financial documents must not be dated over six months before the beginning of a student’s studies
- 2. The student does have the sufficient funds to support the education
- 3. Documents are not addressed to another university
- 4. Clear Scanned Copy
- 1. Funds to be shown - $36,375
- 2. Bank statement(s) from student/close family, etc. showing current monthly statement with an ending balance
- 3. Graduate assistantship or any other university offer letter from Webster University
- 4. Bank letter stating student/family have sufficient funds in the bank
- 5. Fixed deposit accounts from China or Vietnam
- 6. Sponsor's letter (affidavit or legally notarized letter) accompanied by bank statement
- 7. Official letter of approved loans
- 8. If bringing dependent family members an additional cost per year of $4,500 for a spouse and $3,000 for each child. We will also need to receive proof of relationship (such as copy of marriage certificate and/or birth certificate) and a dependent request form.
- 1. Sponsorship from uncles/aunties, friends or business accounts
- 2. Investments, stocks or other accounts from which money cannot be withdrawn at will
- 3. Property or personal assets (land, buildings, jewellery, etc.)
- 4. Verification of employment and annual salary statement
- 5. Lines of credit
- 6. Sponsor's letter (affidavit or legally notarized letter) without accompanying bank statement. (or vice versa)
