Refund Policy

How Refunds Are Calculated
Your refund is based on the total fees you owe minus any non-refundable application and assessment fees. We can only refund what you’ve actually paid—if you still owe money, you must pay those charges. Refunds go back to the original payment method.


Tuition Deposit Requirement
All international degree students must pay a non-refundable tuition deposit when they register. If you don’t pay by the deadline, you’ll be dropped from your courses and forfeit your deposit.


Refund Rules for International Degree Students

  1. Before You Register for Your First Term

    • Permit Approved: No refund of deposit.

    • Permit Denied (with proof): You get back your deposit minus a $150 application/admin fee.

  2. After You Sign Your Enrolment Agreement but Before Classes Start

    • Your full deposit is kept—no refund.

  3. Once Classes Have Begun

    • Any time after Day 1 of Term: No refund. You owe 100% of term fees, including books and insurance.

  4. If You Continue Beyond the First Term (Next Term Withdrawals)

    • Before Term Starts: 30% of term fees are kept; the rest is refundable.

    • During Add/Drop Period: 50% of term fees are kept; the rest is refundable.

    • After Add/Drop Ends: No refund—100% of term fees are kept.
