Program Requirements
  • Academic Requirement: 4 yr bachelor degree (1st division) is required OR 3 yr bachelor degree from NAAC A++ university with 1st division. In addition to degree, 2 yr work experience is mandatory WES not required if official transcripts are sent directly to NU from the last university's official email id. WES is required if there is second division in bachelor degree. SOP (1-2 page) is required. SOP must not be AI generated. It must include why NU, why MBA, Future goals and plans.
  • ELP Requirement: IELTS 6.5 (6.0)
  • Special Requirement: Official transcripts are required to be sent from the professional email id of last college/university attended. SOP 1-2 pages required Two Reference check mandatory. Professional email id's of referees are required. An email goes to referees email id. It is responsibility of student to clear the reference check.
Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

  • The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.


100% Refund – Full Tuition (Excluding Deposit)

You can get a full refund of your paid tuition fees (excluding the $500 deposit) if:

  • You submit a written request and complete the required withdrawal forms

  • You do this before the end of the second week of classes

 The exact withdrawal deadline will be shared by NUO at least 90 days before the semester starts.


Partial Refunds – Based on Days Attended

If you withdraw after the second week, you can still get a partial refund based on how many days you’ve attended:

Study Permit Denial – Important Note

  • Niagara University has no control over IRCC decisions or how long visas take.

  • It’s the student’s responsibility to follow all IRCC rules and make sure their visa application is complete and correct.

Refund & Deferral Rules

  • If you get your study permit and are admitted, you must follow NUO’s official withdrawal and refund procedures.

  • If you request a deferral, NUO may change the terms and conditions of your new admission offer.

  • Deferral Policy: Students are allowed only one admission deferral. Candidates who wish to defer further will need to re-apply for admission to the next available term.

  • If you don’t agree to the new terms, you can cancel and request a refund based on the same refund policy above.
