If a student changes their plans and decides to withdraw their admission, the refund will be given based on the following conditions.
✅ Refund of Admission-Tuition Deposit

Refunds are available only if your student visa or study permit is denied.

Email registrar@twu.ca to request a refund.

Attach a copy of your visa/study permit rejection letter from the Canadian Embassy or Consulate.

Include your current mailing address in the email.

Students from Special Requirement Jurisdictions must complete Schedule “A” (attached with your offer).
✅ Deferral of Admission-Tuition Deposit

You can defer your deposit to a future semester.

Maximum deferral time is 1 year.

You must notify TWU before the semester starts (the one you were originally admitted to).
❌ Non-Refundable Deposits & Fees

Undergraduate Admission Deposit is non-refundable.

Housing Deposit Pre-Payment is non-refundable.

International Student Admission-Tuition Deposit ($9,990):

If you withdraw from TWU, any unused portion is forfeited.

✅ Full Withdrawal from TWU

Choose one of the following reasons when submitting your withdrawal:

Any eligible credit will be refunded.
✅ Withdraw from a Course

You may be eligible for a tuition refund if you drop a course.

The amount refunded depends on the withdrawal date.
