Checklist & Information on How to prepare visa file after offer letter?

The first step after receiving your offer letter is to start preparing your visa file. Preparing the visa file is important because the college will only issue the visa letters once your file is ready. We usually do not recommend booking a visa appointment before your visa file is prepared. However, if there is enough time between when your file will be ready and the appointment date, you can go ahead and book the appointment. The visa appointment fees is 100 euros.
