Program Description:
This program provides an academic pathway for students to acquire the knowledge, skills and fundamental experience needed to work successfully in a range of hospitality and business management careers. The 10-course program is provided via classroom, Moodle distance education, and applicable activities (ie guest speakers, field trips). The curriculum and training methodology is meant for students to acquire the knowledge, skills, and fundamental experience needed to work successfully in a range of hospitality business management careers. In addition, students in this program obtain the Food Safe and Serving it Right certification.
