1. Application Fee:

All payments made towards application fees to the college are non-refundable. Once processed and submitted to the college, these fees cannot be reimbursed, irrespective of the application status or outcome..

2. Service Fee:

All service fees collected by our website are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative, advisory, and processing costs incurred during the application process and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

We advise applicants/clients to thoroughly review all terms and conditions before making any payments. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable nature of both application and service fees. Cancellation Policy

1. If a client chooses to cancel our service after the application fee has been paid to the college/university, any funds transferred to us cannot be refunded. Once the application fee is remitted to the institution, it becomes non-refundable, and our policy aligns with this condition.

2. Should a client opt to cancel our service before the application fee is remitted to the college/university, any amount transferred to us will be refunded within 30 working days, exclusive of all taxes, bank fees, and gateway charges. We will initiate the refund process promptly upon cancellation, returning the amount received from the client, minus the applicable deductions for taxes, bank fees, and gateway charges.
