Culinary Arts Diploma

The Culinary Arts Diploma at Red Deer Polytechnic is a hands-on, industry-focused program designed for students who want to build professional careers in the hospitality and culinary sector. This two-year diploma prepares students with practical kitchen training, food preparation techniques, baking and pastry skills, menu planning, food safety standards, and restaurant operations management.
